About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor computer networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Execute routine network changes, emergency corrections, and participate in change reviews.
- Maintain network components, monitor performance, and provide user support resolving network-related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in Networking.
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge; CCNA certification required.
- Experience with network security technologies including F5 Load Balancer, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, and Palo Alto NGFW.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework; familiarity with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting, switching, and routing in complex multi-vendor environments with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with ability to apply corrective actions and participate in formal change management.
- Exposure to advanced technologies like BGP, Cisco ACI SDN, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower, NSX, and automation tools like Ansible is advantageous.
