About This Role
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
- Accountable for identifying and resolving network issues, implementing configuration changes and security policies, and participating in network change reviews.
- Maintain network performance monitoring, security, and provide network-related user support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in Networking.
- Mandatory certifications or equivalent knowledge: CCNP certification or higher; CCNA required.
- Required skills include troubleshooting, switching, routing, network security, WAN, F5 Load Balancer, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall; knowledge of FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer is a plus.
- Working knowledge of ITIL required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced network analyst comfortable working in complex, multi-vendor, enterprise-level environments.
- Demonstrates strong operational skills including emergency network issue resolution and handling configuration and security changes.
- Familiarity with additional technologies like BGP, Cisco ACI, Ansible automation, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, and NSX is advantageous.
