About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI platforms leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector databases.
- Define and execute AI strategy including architecture standards, AI governance frameworks, multi-agent AI systems, and drive AI adoption aligned with business goals.
- Oversee delivery of AI programs ensuring scalability, security, compliance, technical quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI architecture, software engineering, machine learning, data platforms, cloud architecture or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, AI governance, Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms with Azure OpenAI Services and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), API management, microservices architecture and MLOps tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related fields; certifications in Azure AI, AWS ML or equivalent preferred.

- Proven ability to architect and lead large-scale enterprise AI programs delivering measurable business and technical outcomes, including in regulated industries.
- Experience influencing AI strategy and architecture decisions at executive and multidisciplinary team levels, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in secure, scalable, multi-agent and cloud-native AI platform design including responsible AI practices, AI lifecycle management, and enterprise integration patterns.
