About This Role
- Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end commercial backbone processes including Product model, Opportunity management, Quoting, Order booking, Billing and Invoicing.
- Drive integration and adoption of technology and AI/ML tools to automate and enhance commercial workflows, ensuring compliance and performance through KPIs and governance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, process change management, and performance tracking while supporting cross-functional collaboration and capability building.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of industry experience with a university degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert hands-on experience with Salesforce or Apttus, SAP, Zuora, or similar commercial backend applications.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end multi-modal commercial processes (e.g., Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash) and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior colleagues.

- Experienced in driving commercial process standardization and transformation within large organizations, particularly in health technology or complex commercial environments.
- Technologically adept with a solution mindset integrating AI/ML and automation into commercial workflows.
