About This Role
- Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ systems and quoting rules end-to-end, including impact analysis, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and support new product introductions within CPQ and quoting processes.
- Operate and maintain CPQ infrastructure, troubleshoot rule configurations, manage releases, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable faster product launches.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of technical and administrative experience in Salesforce projects.
- 2+ years of experience in configuration of CPQ systems, including at least two end-to-end CPQ project implementations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, SOQL, Salesforce CPQ/Apttus CPQ/Approvals experience.
- Must be based in Hyderabad office; flexible to support EMEA hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex quoting rule governance and able to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation using scripting languages and AI tools such as generative AI (e.g., Claude).
- Strong collaboration skills to influence partners and lead technical troubleshooting within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
