About This Role
- Lead and staff audit engagements, including consulting and oversight based on team needs.
- Evaluate business processes, controls, and management practices to identify control weaknesses and compliance issues.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations clearly to business units and partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree from a college or university in a relevant field.
- Auditing and/or systems experience in a financial institution or public accounting in financial services preferred.
- Knowledge of auditing standards in financial services and basic accounting principles.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA) or MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services industry audits with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Capable of applying audit methodology independently and producing professional reports and documentation.
- Able to communicate effectively with various organizational levels to recommend control improvements.
