About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams and managers with accountability for delivery quality, reliability, and execution outcomes across the SaaS platform.
- Define and drive multi-year technical vision, architecture direction, and engineering standards for .NET backend and React frontend systems.
- Act as primary technical liaison to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, managing complex cross-team programs and fostering engineering excellence in quality, security, and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum 11 years hands-on full stack development experience with .NET and React.js.
- At least 4 years engineering leadership experience, including 2+ years managing multiple teams or managers.
- Proven technical skills in .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, Entity Framework, React.js, TypeScript, SQL Server, SDLC, CI/CD, and application security best practices.

- Experienced in leading and scaling multi-team engineering organizations with delivery ownership across global, cross-functional environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to set and communicate technology vision, architectural governance, and engineering standards at organizational level.
- Deep domain expertise in SaaS platform development using Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure) combined with frontend React.js, and a track record of mentoring leaders and driving engineering culture improvements.
