About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise-grade Java full stack applications including backend services and Angular front ends.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, participate in technical design and architecture decisions, and drive adherence to engineering standards and security guidelines.
- Adopt and integrate AI-assisted development tools and SDLC frameworks to enhance delivery speed, quality, and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–14 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java full stack development with expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Angular 17, relational and NoSQL databases, event streaming (Kafka), Azure/AWS cloud-native development.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and AI-assisted SDLC frameworks such as Anthropic Claude, Agentic AI, and GSD for software development automation.

- Experienced technical lead with proven capability in architecting and delivering cloud-native Java full stack solutions at enterprise scale.
- Comfortable leading and mentoring teams in a collaborative, cross-functional agile environment with product, QA, and DevOps.
- Proficient in adopting cutting-edge AI-assisted software development tools and frameworks to improve engineering efficiency and quality.
