About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis and requirements management for Payments and Digital Journeys in the Retail and Global Banking domains.
- Lead Agile delivery activities including backlog management, story authoring, and coordination with multi-country, cross-functional teams.
- Drive clarity and alignment across Business, Tech, Ops, and regulatory stakeholders to enable implementation of customer channel solutions like Mobile Banking Apps and Browser Front-End.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Payments within Retail Banking; global banking exposure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multi-country and cross-cultural settings.
- Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon; Notice period: Immediate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing requirements and delivery across global banking environments involving diverse regions (Asia, MENA, Europe, Americas).
- Proficient in customer channel analysis for digital banking solutions, with a track record of driving MVP scope definition and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate full delivery lifecycle including problem framing, market research, and regulatory compliance support.
