About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable data solutions across cloud and Snowflake environments.
- Drive architectural standards, establish best practices, and oversee solution design including Snowflake, orchestration platforms, and integration layers.
- Mentor and manage Agile data engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements and implementation plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of direct or indirect management experience leading developers.
- 10+ years experience with relational databases, including cloud platforms, with strong data modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
