About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable software features across backend and frontend, owning delivery from design through production.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments, contributing to continuous improvement and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, support on-call duties, and collaborate on technical discussions and team initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack skills in Java, Spring, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Experience with databases, specifically Druid or Oracle DB.
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, secure coding, and production troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient full-stack engineer with emphasis on Java and distributed systems.
- Able to own end-to-end feature development including design, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Experienced in mentoring and contributing to engineering culture and process improvements.
