About This Role
- Support end-to-end implementations across software, infrastructure, digital transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects.
- Conduct tasks including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare to meet business needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, assist with defect management, and train end-users for smooth adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, and application development.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in IT discipline.

- Experience coordinating software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision.
- Capability to analyze error trends and perform root-cause analysis with effective solutions.
- Able to collaborate closely with business process and technical teams to meet business and architecture standards.
