About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate large-scale, real-time and batch data processing pipelines using technologies like Java, Spark, Kafka, and big data ecosystems.
- Own execution of key business projects, including impact assessment, requirement analysis, and automation to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate across multiple global teams for scalable software delivery, monitor systems for operational excellence, and maintain stakeholder engagement for roadmap execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, or 5 years without a degree.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spark, Scala/Python, and big data technologies including Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hive, Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with API design (Springboot, REST, GraphQL), PL/SQL, Linux troubleshooting, and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in building and maintaining highly scalable, distributed data systems and pipelines at petabyte scale with real-time and batch processing.
- Capable of leading medium to large projects, including design, execution, and cross-team collaboration across global geographies.
- Familiarity with generative AI/ML integration to improve software development efficiency and interest in operational excellence monitoring and support.
