About This Role
- Lead India's Indirect Strategic Sourcing function managing approx. USD 20 million indirect spend across multiple categories including Professional Services, IT, Telecom, Travel, Energy, Facilities, and more.
- Develop and execute category strategies with end-to-end responsibility for sourcing initiatives: supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, transition, and governance.
- Drive supplier base rationalization (segmentation, consolidation, low-spend tail reduction) while ensuring service continuity and compliance with contractual and risk standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate or MBA preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
- 12+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience with significant indirect category management.
- Experience leading cross-functional sourcing and delivering value in a multinational matrix organization.
- People leadership experience managing and developing sourcing professionals.

- Experienced in strategic sourcing within large, complex organizations managing multifaceted indirect spend portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner cross-functionally in matrix and APAC/global collaboration contexts.
- Skilled in supplier negotiation, commercial governance, and operationalizing category strategies with measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvement.
