About This Role
- Lead end-to-end global product supply chain planning including complex scenario analyses to support business decisions.
- Develop and execute supply transition strategies for Life Cycle Management initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Own global supply chain business processes including supply management, master data integrity, and reporting to tax and treasury departments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-13 years of overall relevant experience.
- Education: Doctorate OR Master's + 2 years related experience OR Bachelor's + 4 years related experience OR Associate's + 10 years related experience OR High school diploma/GED + 12 years related experience.
- 4+ years experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industry.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced planning techniques including demand/supply planning, MRP, production planning, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to perform system-based advanced supply planning and scenario analysis.
- Comfortable communicating at all organizational levels and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a matrix environment.
