About This Role
- Lead and manage the AI Infrastructure team responsible for GPU clusters, cloud, and data systems ensuring 99.9%+ uptime and scalability.
- Define and execute AI infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals including capacity planning, FinOps for cost optimization, and vendor management.
- Communicate infrastructure status and roadmaps to senior leadership while driving operational improvements and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 6-10 years experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering; plus 3+ years people management experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture and Kubernetes at scale, with strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements.
- Work location: Pune, India; Full-time, office-based with potential hybrid options.

- Experience managing large-scale GPU training clusters and significant infrastructure budgets, indicating senior technical and financial oversight.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and tactical execution within AI-focused infrastructure environments.
