About This Role
- Own the accounting, monthly financial close, and control of trading legal entities, including balance sheet and P&L review and reconciliation.
- Drive compliance with accounting policies, tax accounting, and statutory reporting including coordination during audits and tax filings.
- Lead process improvements, change management, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Chartered Accountant qualification or post-graduate degree in accounting.
- Experience with month-end close, account reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in accounting roles.

- Comfortable managing multiple data sets and coordinating with cross-functional teams including non-accounting functions.
- Proactive in challenging existing processes and driving efficiencies in reporting and controls.
- Experienced working in regional or multi-entity financial control environments, supporting audits and tax compliance.
