About This Role
- Identify and develop automation workflows and RPA solutions across HR processes using tools like Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple automation projects including design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to optimize integrations and drive standardization and compliance in automation solutions within People Services & AI.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
- Several years of hands-on experience in automation and RPA development, ideally with Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow HRSD.
- Fluency in English mandatory; German language skills considered an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing and optimizing cross-functional HR automations with a good grasp of APIs, connectors, authentication methods, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Capable of translating complex business requirements into structured automation concepts and effectively communicating technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive in managing multiple projects and aligning automation priorities within a global People Services & AI environment.
