About This Role
- Lead development and enhancement of scalable web software solutions in coordination with product owners and engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development lifecycle through code quality initiatives, automated testing, and technical debt management.
- Act as liaison to ensure team communication and foster learning and mentorship within the engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in web application development with progressive responsibility.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, React Testing Library, Jest, Playwright, Selenium, Java, and API automation.
- Experience with Agile development practices and AI tooling such as Github Copilot or Cursor AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability guiding junior engineers within a software development team.
- Strong background in building responsive web applications integrated with backend service APIs.
- Experience driving technical quality and continuous improvement in Agile environments.
