About This Role
- Own operational support and continuous improvement of AI, automation, and digital services supporting Global Functions at Shell.
- Ensure service reliability, governance, compliance, and efficient transition of AI/automation solutions into production operations.
- Lead and contribute to operational tooling, service modernization, incident/problem management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the AI service lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years experience delivering, supporting, or enhancing AI-enabled applications or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic AI, or comparable AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Work Experience Required: 3-6 years in relevant AI and automation service operations and support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational lifecycle management of business-critical AI and automation solutions with strong focus on service reliability and governance.
- Proficient with enterprise AI platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices applied to AI-enabled services.
- Ability to lead complex technical workstreams, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively across delivery, platform, vendor, and business teams.
