About This Role
- Develop and execute automation strategy aligned with QA and development goals using Playwright or Selenium.
- Lead and mentor automation engineers, driving automation framework design, test development, and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure software quality through managing automated testing of functional, regression, and performance tests while collaborating with development and QA teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years as Lead QA Automation Engineer with end-to-end quality and automation strategy experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright or Selenium and building scalable, reusable automation frameworks.
- Proficient in API automation, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions), and version control.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of mentoring teams and driving automation quality and reliability improvements at scale.
- Strong coding and debugging skills across UI, API, backend, and multi-environment testing.
- Familiar with modern DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and leveraging AI-assisted automation tools for efficiency.
