About This Role
- Lead and conduct comprehensive field audits of collection agencies and internal processes across PAN India to ensure compliance.
- Maintain regulatory and lender alignments, implementing governance frameworks to ensure operational integrity and reduce compliance risks.
- Oversee INFOSEC policy adherence, conduct training on data security, and serve as the primary compliance contact for stakeholders and senior management reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in audits, vendor management, compliance, or related fields; FinTech/Banking preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for audits.
- Experience with legal aspects preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing compliance and audit functions within collections or financial services operations, preferably with lender interfaces.
- Familiar with regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services collections and able to implement governance and operational controls accordingly.
- Comfortable operating in a wide geographic scope with extensive travel and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
