About This Role
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and less experienced managers responsible for building high-quality software using modern technologies.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, oversee software development lifecycle, and act as technical representative during cross-team collaborations.
- Hire, mentor, and guide talent development, manage resource allocation, and resolve technology roadblocks including security and deployment issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (via work experience, training, military experience, education).
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot tech stack.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years software engineering; Leadership: 2+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full stack Java development with knowledge of React or Angular for frontend.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (private/public) and application modernization techniques.
- Capable of bridging technical strategy with agile and DevOps practices in a collaborative, multi-vendor setting.
