About This Role
- Lead team for business process analysis, product validations, and business monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze data and drive decisions for improving transportation and supply chain metrics.
- Test, monitor, and support new feature launches and peak season operations ensuring defect-free production environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in transportation and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Google Cloud Platform is a plus; SQL skills are desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transportation and supply chain domain with end-to-end process understanding.
- Capable of leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and product engineering teams.
- Comfortable using data analytics tools for reporting and dashboarding (Looker / Power BI) and managing defect resolution in production environments.
