About This Role
- Review and investigate AML Transaction Monitoring alerts at L2 level including complex cases involving high-risk customers and financial crime indicators.
- Prepare clear investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation while ensuring timely and compliant case closures or escalations.
- Collaborate with QA, team leads, and client compliance teams for case calibration, process alignment, and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, financial crime investigations, or compliance operations.
- Hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring System alerts, L2 investigations, SAR/STR escalation, and suspicious activity narrative preparation.
- Strong knowledge of AML red flags, customer risk indicators, KYC/CDD/EDD, and ability to analyze large transactional data volumes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or client-aligned schedules if required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex AML investigations with ability to identify and escalate suspicious activities accurately.
- Familiar with financial crime compliance frameworks and comfortable working under SLA-driven, fast-paced environments.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders for process calibration and improvements.
