About This Role
- Define and execute the roadmap for Platform Engineering Infrastructure Automation & AI focusing on agentic infrastructure to enable automated provisioning, governance, operation, and observability.
- Drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives including Self-Service, Event Driven, and Agentic automation while partnering with global teams on AI-first strategy adoption.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining platform reliability, security compliance, risk management, and leading globally distributed engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Technology.
- Proven leadership experience managing agentic infrastructure and driving automation and modernization initiatives at enterprise scale.
- Mandatory expertise in Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Automation, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Private Cloud, and Automation frameworks.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India with schedule 2 pm to 11 pm IST; Relocation benefits available for outstation candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex global teams in infrastructure automation and AI-driven platform engineering to deliver operational transformation.
- Strong background in multi-cloud and private cloud technologies combined with deep knowledge of automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Able to communicate strategy clearly to diverse stakeholders and take ownership of technology risk, compliance, and audit readiness.
