About This Role
- Develop and maintain capacity dashboards to identify and mitigate network stockout issues proactively.
- Investigate and resolve network incidents and connectivity problems impacting customer capacity in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to diagnose complex capacity-related issues and maintain accurate network documentation focused on customer capacity.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network operations or related field with focus on cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting network protocols and technologies across multiple OSI layers, especially in cloud contexts.
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer support teams to resolve capacity-related issues.
- Possesses skills or experience in automation/scripting and knowledge of capacity planning and scaling best practices in cloud environments.
