About This Role
- Lead India’s corporate real estate portfolio strategy and oversee workplace operations and compliance for locations in Gurgaon and Bengaluru.
- Provide senior leadership and trusted advice on property, workplace, and commercial governance matters to India Management and Corporate Services.
- Sponsor and manage major property transformations, relocations, and capital programmes while building a capable, accountable India CPS operations team.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in corporate real estate, workplace, and property leadership roles.
- Substantial senior experience within India in a complex multinational or regulated organization.
- Proven track record managing multi-site real estate portfolios, major relocations/refurbishments, commercial, budget, contract, and vendor management.
- MRICS or equivalent recognised real estate qualification strongly desirable; additional qualifications in workplace management, programme management, engineering, health and safety, or sustainability advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior adviser able to provide decisive, evidence-led recommendations with executive presence and independent commercial judgement.
- Expert in combining professional property discipline with practical operational leadership and managing complex matrix environments.
- Proven capability building leadership teams with distributed decision authority and sustainable succession in India real estate and workplace functions.
