About This Role
- Lead strategic sourcing and end-to-end contract management for technology and professional services across APAC, focusing on software, cloud infrastructure, AI, and consulting.
- Drive procurement events including RFIs and RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and executive reporting to create value and reduce risks.
- Develop category strategies using spend analytics and support operational excellence initiatives with AI, automation, and secure technology adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of global strategic sourcing experience, including technology contract management and negotiations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience specifically in Bangalore and India, with regional APAC market exposure.
- Proven ability to independently review, redline, and negotiate commercial contract terms and supplier performance management.
- Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in relevant strategic sourcing and technology procurement roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-country sourcing projects with executive stakeholder communication across APAC.
- Skilled in using procurement and analytics tools such as Coupa, Zip, Zylo, and comfortable applying AI and data-driven approaches to sourcing and contract management.
- Has contributed to procurement playbooks, standard templates, process improvements, and supports transformation initiatives related to cloud adoption, automation, and secure technology.
