About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LLMs, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Build scalable enterprise-grade systems integrating graph-based memory and tool-using agents to enhance LLM capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into maintainable, scalable AI-powered systems employing Python and cloud-native deployment practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years total experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI systems involving LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2/Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native deployments including APIs, containers, and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI Engineer skilled in productionizing advanced Generative AI systems at scale within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration and graph-based memory integration to enhance AI system reasoning and capabilities.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with strong software engineering discipline including version control, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
