About This Role
- Verify, code, and process invoices and payment requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOX/internal controls.
- Manage vendor statement reconciliations, payment runs, and resolution of exceptions in coordination with onshore teams.
- Maintain manual trackers for issues and errors, prepare root cause analyses, support process improvements, and lead knowledge transfer and training within the AP team.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in accounting/accounts payable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal control elements; experience with accounting financial systems, preferably Oracle.
- Work hours from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST; full-time role with hybrid workplace model.

- Experienced in procure-to-pay processes, process improvement, and application systems implementation within financial services or related sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with proven experience managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
