About This Role
- Define and implement scalable front-end architectures and lead technical direction for AI-driven healthcare marketing applications.
- Design and develop high-quality UIs with significant performance optimizations and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
- Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, lead cross-team collaboration, and champion AI-assisted development in an agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of front-end development experience with leadership in large-scale UI projects.
- Expertise in React, Typescript, modern Javascript (ES6+), GraphQL, React Apollo, and state management libraries like Zustand.
- Experience in build pipeline optimization using tools like Vite or Webpack and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and implementation of complex data visualizations and real-time UI patterns.

- Experienced front-end technical leader skilled in architecting complex, scalable applications involving AI and real-time data.
- Strong background in driving technical roadmaps and mentoring senior/mid-level engineers in high-performance environments.
