About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering UI, API, database, and end-to-end tests.
- Develop and execute automated tests using Python (Pytest), Playwright, Robot Framework or equivalent and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze business requirements into test scenarios with focus on data validation, root cause analysis, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve software quality and automation effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3.5 years professional experience in software testing, test automation, or SDET roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with test automation frameworks like Pytest, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
- Experience in API (GraphQL, REST), UI, database testing, and knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins; strong SQL skills and ability to validate complex datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with data-intensive, distributed systems validating data flows, transformations, and quality requirements.
- Familiar with AI-assisted software engineering tools and able to independently apply AI/GenAI to improve test automation and engineering productivity.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with ability to communicate technical findings clearly and collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
