About This Role
- Own end-to-end BAU and Change Release management including monitoring, backup, deployment, and maintenance of release environments.
- Perform production monitoring, incident management, application health checks, and recovery procedures to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Manage interfaces, batch scheduling, and provide operational support such as EOD monitoring, service requests, and Business Continuity Planning activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years experience in Application Support including BAU operations and production support.
- Strong proficiency in Unix Shell and Perl scripting; solid experience with Oracle SQL.
- Knowledge of Apache Server, OpenShift Container Platform, Citrix, TWS, ITRS, ELK Kibana, Linux/Unix, GIT, Jenkins, Enterprise Jira, Confluence.
- Location: Hyderabad; infrastructure/technical background with Open Systems platform and moderate information security knowledge.

- Experienced in cross-functional coordination with application teams and service providers for deployment planning, cutover, migration strategy, and test planning.
- Comfortable operating in a technical infrastructure environment supporting production systems and batch processes.
- Able to manage complex production environments proactively with hands-on technical skills and moderate security awareness.
