About This Role
- Develop and own well-defined software features and components with guidance from senior engineers, focusing on AI-native and cloud-native software.
- Contribute to ServiceNow platform development including workflows, automation, and AI agent features under supervision.
- Engage in troubleshooting, code review, and participate actively in CI/CD and deployment processes while learning secure coding practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript); prior ServiceNow experience is mandatory; certification highly desirable.
- Understanding of fundamental software engineering concepts, relational databases, RESTful APIs, and Agile methodologies; understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.

- Early-career engineer capable of learning and applying secure, maintainable code practices with willingness to seek guidance.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services or LLMs, with a technical growth focus in Python, Java, JavaScript, and ServiceNow platform.
