About This Role
- Support execution, processing, settlement, reconciliation, and servicing of securities transactions across the trade lifecycle with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Perform low complexity lifecycle support tasks, review tactical issues, and contribute to process improvements within Securities Operations.
- Monitor daily securities and cash-related production work and assist in project implementation coordinating across operational teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of Securities Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of securities transactions, trade support, settlement, reconciliation, account servicing, asset movement, and transaction processing activities.
- U.S. work eligibility only; this role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ months in Securities Operations or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in securities operations, brokerage operations, or related financial services functions with a strong operational risk and regulatory compliance understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a high-volume environment using securities processing systems and brokerage platforms.
- Skilled in analytical problem-solving, operational issue resolution, risk-based decision making, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
