About This Role
- Process, settle, reconcile, and service securities transactions accurately and on time across the trade lifecycle.
- Support cash movement, funding, account servicing, client onboarding, and resolve routine operational issues and exceptions.
- Collaborate internally to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and identify operational process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of securities operations experience or equivalent demonstrated via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of securities operations including settlement, reconciliation, trade support, and transaction processing.
- U.S. only: No visa sponsorship available.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ months in securities operations or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting brokerage, securities, wealth management, or related financial operations in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve operational issues with sound risk-based decision making.
- Familiarity with operational risk, regulatory compliance, and securities processing platforms and tools.
