About This Role
- Ensure security and operational integrity of client infrastructures by managing complex security infrastructure incidents and performing third-line support.
- Maintain zero missed SLA conditions by identifying root causes of critical incidents and implementing solutions, alongside creating knowledge articles and training junior team members.
- Participate in operational improvements, automation inputs, and potentially manage projects within the security technology domain for timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in handling complex security infrastructure within a managed services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Workplace type: Hybrid (not fully remote or onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in IT engineering within medium to large ICT organizations with a strong background in managed security services.
- Client-focused with strong communication skills, capable of working across cultures and social groups.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members, and manage technical escalations effectively.
