About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled, full-stack software solutions embedded directly with business, medical, and marketing teams.
- Build, deploy, and iterate customer-facing and internal web applications integrating LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows with enterprise data.
- Create reusable components and set architectural standards for secure, compliant, and maintainable production AI services in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end production system delivery.
- 4+ years in roles partnering closely with business stakeholders in forward deployed, solutions engineering, consulting, or embedded product engineering functions.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React; strong backend skills in Node.js and API design; 2+ years hands-on generative AI experience including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred); proficiency in Python, SQL; experience with Agile development, cloud deployments (AWS preferred), CI/CD and secure coding practices.
