About This Role
- Collect and analyze operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, provide actionable insights to enhance business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Collaborate with business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies, while communicating findings to senior leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience; financial domain knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark, SQL, and experience with big data environments such as Hadoop.
- Experience with statistical techniques and predictive modeling using machine learning algorithms like Decision Tree and Logistic Regression.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Has quantitative analysis experience with hands-on skills in data retrieval, manipulation, and machine learning.
- Familiar with digital marketing or digital experience domains, enhancing strategic business opportunities.
