About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans across software and industrial control systems to ensure product quality.
- Create and maintain scalable automated test frameworks, simulators for communication protocols, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Investigate software defects, perform root cause analysis, and support system-level and acceptance testing for complex industrial energy storage solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Engineering with automation testing of enterprise software and industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with automation frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience working with Linux environments, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, REST APIs, and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in quality assurance for complex industrial automation and control software, including familiarity with protocols like Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, and IEC 61850.
- Skilled in developing automated test frameworks and simulators supporting continuous testing in a CI/CD environment.
- Capable of analyzing and debugging issues in industrial systems running on Linux, with ownership mindset for product quality in fast-paced Agile teams.
