About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and asynchronous Apex, ensuring optimization for governor limits and bulk operations.
- Configure and manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features including data models, validation rules, automation, security, and sharing, plus configure and test Agentforce components integrated with custom automation.
- Build and troubleshoot secure REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and middleware; lead deployments through Git-based CI/CD and actively participate in Agile delivery and technical design reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience including development, administration, and integration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Practical experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Agentforce configuration; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Mandatory Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
