About This Role
- Own asset administration tasks including asset setup, maintenance, reconciliation, trade processing, and corporate actions for CLOs, CDOs, and Credit Funds.
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of breaks over 7 days.
- Support Middle Office Manager by delegating tasks, training new joiners, and assisting with reporting and operational coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in loan administration operations with knowledge of CLOs, CDOs, and Credit Funds.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant qualification required.
- Experience with Solvas (CDO-Suite) tool is mandatory.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and settlements including DTCC and Euroclear is necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex credit products such as Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bonds, and derivatives (CDS, ABS, MBS, etc.) with attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Capable of managing and escalating reconciliation breaks effectively within set timelines.
- Able to coordinate tasks across teams and provide training, indicating a readiness for leadership and operational support roles.
