About This Role
- Design, architect, and maintain reusable UI components and interaction patterns for scalability and structural robustness.
- Write clear component specifications and usage guidelines, leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with UI engineers and product design teams to ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent implementation of the design system.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of Product/UX Design experience with at least 1–2 years on a multi-product design system.
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience integrating AI-driven solutions in design workflows.
- Experience with AI-powered design/development tools (e.g., Cursor, Devin, Claude).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2 and responsive structural layouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in systematic component architecture and scalable design systems in complex product environments.
- Comfortable bridging design and engineering through literacy in front-end technologies (React, CSS/HTML, token-driven theming).
- Proven ability to integrate AI-assisted tools into daily design workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
