About This Role
- Lead and perform advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution of high-complexity security infrastructure incidents within managed services.
- Ensure client infrastructures are correctly configured, operational, and monitored to meet zero SLA breaches.
- Create knowledge articles, train and mentor junior team members, and contribute inputs for automation and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Workplace Type: Hybrid Working.

- Experienced in IT engineering within medium to large ICT organizations, familiar with planning and project management.
