About This Role
- Lead end-to-end engineering strategy and execution for Item Page and Post Transaction experiences including Order History and Amendments to drive conversion, customer confidence, and retention.
- Define and evolve long-term architecture and technology strategy for customer-facing platforms supporting product consideration and post-purchase experiences at Walmart scale.
- Drive modernization, platform resiliency, operational excellence, and AI/automation integration to reduce incident frequency, accelerate innovation, and improve product engagement and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related technical discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive technology and software engineering experience, including significant leadership of large-scale customer-facing engineering organizations.
- Strong experience with scalable, distributed applications and platforms for high-volume digital customer experiences.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in technology and software engineering with leadership focus.
