About This Role
- Support Finance Business Partner in FP&A operations including MIS reporting preparation, expense tracking, variance analysis, and budgeting support.
- Prepare, review, publish MIS reports with insights and ensure timely monthly reporting with accuracy.
- Explain financial numbers and insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and support FP&A-related activities including automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience; MIS/reporting experience preferred.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CMA preferred.
- Must be Mumbai-based with ability to travel to Andheri East office at least 3 times weekly.
- Strong Excel skills; prior budgeting process experience; legal authorization to work in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable managing large, unstructured datasets and building flexible models to aid decision-making.
- Experienced in working independently with ownership, organizing priorities, and meeting fixed deadlines.
- Good communicator able to translate financial data insights to non-finance colleagues effectively.
