About This Role
- Support Blue Yonder Planning solutions related to Demand, Fulfillment, and Supply Planning across Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
- Serve as primary technical and non-technical support contact, ensuring system meets business functions, maintains data integrity, and adheres to SLA.
- Engage in solution design, collaborate with architects to stabilize systems, manage rollouts, change requests, and improve customer KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 9 to 14 years of experience in Product Support or Implementation Support.
- Hands-on experience with Demand & Fulfillment product support or implementation for multiple customers.
- Experience with Blue Yonder products and related technologies such as MS Azure, PL/SQL, RDBMS; knowledge of related Supply Chain Planning software (SAP-IBP/APO, o9, Kinaxis, Relex) is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting complex supply chain planning solutions with strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with Product Development, Consulting, and Support teams, and managing customer communications as a single point of contact.
- Familiar with technical and functional aspects of Blue Yonder product suite and able to contribute during solution design and system stabilization phases.
