About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI and GenAI architecture strategies for large strategic clients, from advisory stages through production-grade deployment.
- Identify high-value business processes for AI transformation, design agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LLMs and GenAI platforms.
- Guide scaled AI deployment including MLOps, AI governance, value realization tracking, and change management, while assessing impact on clients' technology landscape and formulating guiding principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of total work experience with at least 5 to 7 years in strategy consulting and 3+ years in enterprise AI/GenAI solution design and deployment.
- Experience with cloud and non-cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI/Gemini, Azure AI/Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watson, or equivalents.
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts including Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of IT Enterprise architecture concepts including Cloud, API-first, RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, MLOps, and observability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager comfortable leading large teams and structuring complex analytical work in AI strategy and transformation engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop quantitative and qualitative business cases linking AI initiatives to strategic business outcomes and value realization.
- Strong domain familiarity in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Life Sciences, Transportation, or Automotive/Industrial enhances fit.
