About This Role
- Own enhancement and transformation of observability strategy across middleware infrastructure focusing on Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK stack migration.
- Implement AI/ML integrations, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), and develop automation using Python to improve middleware reliability and performance on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Provide 24x7 on-call support and troubleshoot complex production issues to maintain Always On availability for critical payment systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 8+ years with advanced degree OR 6+ years with PhD.
- 5+ years experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK.
- Strong Python coding skills for automation; working knowledge of middleware products (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, Hazelcast, IBM DataPower).
- Experience with public cloud platforms monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) and site reliability or similar operational roles.
